Superchefs: The Documentary

Produced for the Superchefs Cookery Society's 15th anniversary, Superchefs - The Documentary is a recap of the non-profit's history as told by broadcaster Michael Morgan, who's watched it all unfold from the start.
Given only a six-week window to complete, the scope of the project only allowed for archival footage and limited sit-down interviews. This provided a valuable exercise in film making with limited resources and served as my first foray into the kind of documentary films I hope to make more of.

Created in early 2021, when in-person gatherings were restricted, the goal was to create an informative, easy to watch series that could be used regularly for years to come.
We achieved this by breaking away from the more formal Sunday morning atmosphere and create a more intimate, homely setting while raising the production value from a typical Sunday service.
